1. Scope and Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vardan Pal Studio website and outline the general operating principles of client project engagements. By using this website or commissioning a website build, you agree to these terms.

2. Studio Services & Packages

Vardan Pal Studio provides fixed-price web design packages and custom digital development:

Launch — from ₹9,900: Single-page responsive website, WhatsApp & call buttons, Google Maps embed, baseline SEO configuration, deployment, one revision round, and 15 days of post-launch technical support.
Business — from ₹19,900: Multi-page architecture (up to 5 pages), structured enquiry flows, trust sections, local SEO setup, and 30 days of post-launch support.
Signature — from ₹34,900: Bespoke custom architecture (up to 8 pages), custom motion & micro-interactions, advanced intake flows, event tracking, and 60 days of post-launch support.
Custom Systems — Quoted after discovery: Custom client portals, real-time booking integrations, automation pipelines, and complex full-stack web applications.

Any project requirement exceeding standard package boundaries will be scoped and quoted transparently in a formal project proposal before work begins.

3. Concept Demonstrations Disclaimer

Demonstration Portfolio Notice: The demo websites featured on this domain (including Aura Salon & Spa, Care Dental & Skin Clinic, CHICA — One Golden Mile, Prime Estates, Studio Eleven, and Studio Vows) are fictional concept demonstration projects developed to illustrate design quality, layout architecture, and conversion intake flows. They do not represent active commercial entities.

4. Project Milestones & Client Communication

Projects are executed directly by founder Vardan Pal. Milestones follow a clear sequence: Discovery → Wireframe & Layout → Code & Integration → Client Review → Production Launch. Project timelines commence once all required client assets (branding, copy, photography, domain credentials) have been supplied.

5. Payment Terms & Code Ownership

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Development commences upon receipt of the agreed commencement deposit. Final deliverables and domain pointings are released upon receipt of the final milestone payment. Upon full payment, you retain complete ownership of your website codebase, custom graphics, and content.

6. Advertising & Commercial Results Disclaimer

Vardan Pal Studio builds high-performance, conversion-optimized websites built according to modern SEO and technical best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific advertising ROI, third-party search engine rankings, or sales volumes, as these outcomes depend on market demand, competitive dynamics, and external advertising execution.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or client agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
